Alter Hof

A former royal residence apparently, didn’t get close enough to a tour guide to hear anything about it!
We were in Munich this afternoon meeting up with the Schreyers after an exciting trip to the Covid test centre at the airport (or rather, to one of them) for our PCR test. Hopefully the (negative!) results will reach us early tomorrow and then we can hit the road.
Arrived back home in time for a final hour or so out on the terrace and, as if to say goodbye, there were nine storks on the church roof. Wa-hay! There was also a great sunset but that almost goes without saying.
Anyway, the car’s been filled up and checked out and will be packed in the morning. With a fair wind and all that it’s Eichenzell here we come!
