Homeward bound…..

…… six hours later than scheduled! It all started well, we boarded on time and thought it was going to be around 15 minutes waiting on the tarmac. Not to be unfortunately, and we had to disembark and go back to the terminal building. Hard chairs and unhappy screaming children but we were philosophical and not stressed as it had been a good week and ‘these things are sent to try us’. Called into Tesco for milk on the way home and enjoyed the first ‘proper’ cup of tea when we got back. Oh, we are so English!!
