Hummingbird. Grevillea.

A lovely meander on campus, including the Arboretum and the Farm Project. I'm confused by the hummingbird's coloring--I don't think we have any that are blue, but maybe it's a trick of the light. What I love are his tiny feet! 

I think the lizard in Extras has a lovely smile.

In addition to hummers and lizards, we saw a flock of a good dozen wild turkeys enjoying their dust baths and foraging. Although there were warnings of a possible mountain lion, we did not come across one, so I'd say it was a successful outing.
