absolutely lovely weather - and a busy day doing nice things...

Went to the apple orchard for fresh galas, stopped by the pie shop, went for a long walk, took the pie to some friends' for dinner .  My friend's house in the country is surrounded by this lovely field of wildflowers and we watched the birds and butterflies for quite some time from the deck before we sat down for supper.
