Zinnia

Showing an unbelievable will to flower. Even after the first flower had bloomed out it created a new flower right on top of the old.

Day started with exercises at the gym and a 30 minutes swim.

Take out for dinner and brought some fruit over to a friend. Nice walk with the dog in the afternoon, even without my hiking poles.

Two loads of laundry, picked up a big bag of coffee grounds. It will be worked into the soil of the potatoe field. We harvested the last potatoes yesterday.
