Manchester Gin

Had a meal out at Three Little Words, and then a tour round The Spirit of Manchestwr Distillery.

The tour is basically sitting in the room where the still is, which knocks out around a million bottles a year currently. Amazing that something with such a small footprint produces so much.

Ste gave us a talk in the history of the company, it's founders and their journey to be in the arches under Manchester One, or GMEX as some of us still call it. As ever railway architecture never lets you down.

Tasting was done neat. Very interesting to say the least, and they have a great range.
