Tailgating!

We got to join the alto section of MSU marching band for tailgating and listening to each section warm up.
Then they performed a couple of their halftime numbers before marching in formation to the stadium. 
It was wonderful to be with them and the best part of the day. 
The game itself was really too much for Al.  Too much walking,  too many people giving confusing directions,  too crowded in the stands....all in all we should have gone home before the game. 
He is paying for it now, sadly.
