A weekend with Bikram

Not the best of shot, however the message from
bikram in the moment was perfect.

"In New York we look up to the skyline, in Paris we look to the floor so not to step in dog sh*t! When in Rome do as the Romans do..."

Not your typical Guru, having a multi-billion dollar yoga business and "balls like atom bombs" he never ceases to amaze me.

There is no pretence, he is who he is. He works hard at fulfilling his goal set by his guru Bishnu Ghosh to deliver, train and teach around the world to get Hatha yoga to the west.

Paris today was one of those days - starting with a typical Bikram Lecture, followed by a class.

If anyone ever gets the chance to take his class while he is in town then go for it! His high energy, focus and dedication with so much knowledge mixed in with the troubles of todays world is a joy to listen to.
