I had a Covid PCR test to do today as I was contacted a couple of weeks ago to see if I would to take part in MORI market research.  That needed doing before 8 for the collection company. The gas man was coming between 8 and 12, Rich wanted to do a bike ride and I was taking the dog out.

Somehow we managed it - although the boiler engineer needs to come back again tomorrow.

Along the way, I found this alder tree (I think) full of alder leaf beetles (I'm assuming).  I've seen an alder leaf beetle on its own before and blipped it but I've never seen them out in force before.
