#2 grandson did the Bideford 10k run today - from Bideford to Instow and back.  He came 6th taking 33 mins 49.8 secs to cover the distance and was the first in the U20's, so quite pleased with himself.   He won a cup for the effort.  
I later heard that his team won the Team Trophy too and he got a mini cup being part of that .
Well done Hamish. We were delighted as it was hot and humid just watching so must have been a lot worse running it! 
Monies raised were for the Children's Hospice - such a good cause.
