Waiting (Day 2318)
A different sort of a day, with our normal activities arranged around a charity motorbike ride in aid of Macmillan.
I surprised my beautiful wife by giving her the choice of which of the ZRXs she wanted to ride. She chose the T-rex (the 1100, T registered bike), and despite it being a beast of a bike she rode it into town without any issues. There was a bit of hanging around in town as upwards of 150 bikes and riders assembled before a fairly sedate ride to Stromness.
There was a stop in Stromness for snacks and a bit more hanging around and catching up with various folks, including Mum and Dad who found us amongst the crowd.
We rode along to Dounby for another stop off. I tried to get a pic of all the bikes together but it just wasn't possible.
HV and I left the ride at Dounby as she had to get to work and Sigyn was needing a wander. All in all a grand day.
Extras - waiting to leave town, Junior and T-rex in Stromness, lined up in Dounby.
