Day 8 of our staycation!

Tomorrow we very reluctantly go home. It’s been amazing. What a place to stay Fauxquets Valley Campsite. Simply wonderful. We had Sunday lunch at Guernsey Pearl then a bit of a walk and a visit to the Claire Mare Bird Hides. It was wonderful seeing the rather large black swan. Not much else of real interest unfortunately. Our neighbours at the camp went home today and left us a part tub of clotted cream….we had to get scones to go with it! Another good day and feeling very grateful that we could have this break!
