After Sunset
I watched and waited, not something I commonly do, but I hoped the clouds might light up from below as the sun disappeared, which they did.
I then noticed the colours in the water developing as the light reflected in the gently rippling surface. To add something a bit extra, I got my tripod as low as I could to put the large rock in the frame, which relates to a degree the shape and colour of the cloud mass.
I thought the reeds a bit distracting, but couldn't quite work the angles to exclude them.
Extra: Relishing The Moment. About 20 minutes earlier a tiny bird stayed on its perch for ages.
