2 football stadiums in 2 days

On day 2 of our trip to Glasgow we decided to walk up to Ibrox, home of Glasgow Rangers. There is something about sport stadiums which I really enjoy looking at, especially when you are looking at one with so much history and so many stories to tell.

Although they are regarded as one of the giants of European football, Rangers are currently in the Scottish third division after effectively closing down and starting again after going into financial administration.

Today they were playing against Stirling and managed a 0-0 draw, which shows just how far they have fallen.

We didn't go to the match and decided to warm up with a bottle of red wine and a really nice Italian meal, before the 5 hour train journey back to London.
