The last meal

The last day of the retreat was amazing.

It started with meditation, swimming, yoga and breakfast followed by another yoga session and lunch. The food has been amazing and is a picture of the last lunch. It was delicious.

All the food was Ayurvedic, sattvic, food and a lot of the ingredients grown on the land here.

A wonderful day and weekend. X
