Rob's Blunder ....
Within a few moments, all of the rushing crowds dispersed from the Great Grand Montets and I was sliding the afternoon away in the most delicious snow on record kind of wondering if I'd outstayed my welcome + everything was in fact shut. But then down below I caught a glance of a whooshing character in blue, it was none other than our own Roberto and with no hesitation began hollering his name, from way up there on the creaking snail pace churning of the Plan Roujon chairlift. As I waited for him at the top, I entertained myself by taking a tonne of photographs of the dreamy fading mountains; disturbed out of the weary surreal haze of amorous glaring I'd found myself in I heard an irate Lifty yelling "Hey, hey..... HEY !!!" and turned round to find my chum in an identical drifted away state as I. Hilariously so, he'd not seen the imminent departure runway and stayed way past the point of take off. If only I'd taken this picture a moment later, because he then proceeded to get his skis stuck on the lift and progressed the blunder further by taking out the barrier on the way back round. Sorry Bobbles, but this was too funny a moment to let the Blip go by without noticing !
Needless to say, we then went on and had a great raging sliding time with no one in our surroundings but our own wooping selves.
