Surprise View

We walked around the Monsal Head Viaduct today, but there was more up and down than I was expecting (I don't know why I didn't expect more), and my poor knee was very painful on the down parts. On the way back, we stopped at Millstone Edge above Hathersage to have a cup of coffee while looking at the view below. Disappointingly we didn't see any millstones, so maybe we should have walked further along, but that will have to wait for another visit. It was a nice place to sit for a while anyway. A bath and lots of stretching when I got home and we'll see how the knee recovers.
