Pie Day - Bowls

It was the final day of the outdoor bowling season and that means it's pie day!   A Scotch pie from McGill's Bakery is the traditional end of season cuisine at Bainfield Bowling Club - brown sauce optional.  

I did do a short run this morning but that was only 270 calories burnt whereas the pie...... who knows!
