Worth the journey!

Had early morning flight from, Gatwick so stayed at Hilton night before, therefore no excuses for almost missing the flight!
4 of us were drinking coffee and suddenly realised we were late. Gate was 15 mins walk away. The first 2, who were ahead, were told that the last 2 (including me) would not be allowed on and our baggage would be taken off. Got on board with 3 mins to spare!
Have to confess that I am one of the first to complain about late arrivals!
This was the view that greeted us from our balcony, where I recovered from the journey with something stronger than coffee!
