Walk on the beach.

Really hot day and enjoyed a solitary walk on the beach whilst my friends were snoozing by the pool. I was the only one brave or stupid enough to go for a dip in said pool. It was unheated and freezing but regarded as a challenge by me. Certainly invigorating!
