Grandson in his first 'Cross Fit' competition

So proud on our Grandson, Jake, who entered  his very first cross fit competition.


There were 14 teams with 3 members each of which one must be a female..


Teams have no idea what skills they have to perform until they get to the competition.  There were about 15 different events...and Jake just loved it.


They placed 4th...which he was very happy with. Jake is also training to become a fitness instructor and has begun teaching some classes already..
