The only place to be

Many thanks for all the kind comments on my 500th blip yesterday. It crept up on me unawares. My blip even made it to the Spotlight briefly which has only happened once before. I keep wondering if I can keep it up as inspiration is often lacking. I think I will try as I very much enjoy the Blip community. My only regret is that Blip has pushed aside other activities. I have read very few novels since beginning blip.

Anyway, I have no intention of going out today! The wind chill factor is considerable and I intend to enjoy only the second open fire of the year (the first was yesterday) - both of them in spring!
