A very cold walk through the gardens and woods at

So cold today, the Vicar said 0.8c when he arrived for the 9.30 am Palm Sunday service, he remarked that on Palm Sunday last year it was 20c.

RHS Rosemoor had a 'Grow your Own' weekend so we went along expectantly, hoping to pickup some allotment tips. We didn't realise you had to book for the talks and they were fully booked for the time we had to spend there. Ho hum.

So we had a mooch round with a view to future visits with house guests - able bodied and disabled - and were pleased to find it fully accessible with wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters available. A bracing walk around the grounds, an interesting look in the kitchen garden and it was into the shop to pick up some plants (including a thornless blackberry -yay!) for the garden and allotment.

Now sitting in front of a hot log fire with a steaming cup if tea and one of yesterdays cupcakes. Ahhhh :)
