Day 28 Level 4 Lockdown

Today was supermarket shopping day, so I did that task while hubby baked his sourdough bread. I shop for us and also my elderly Mum, who told me I had done an excellent job - high praise indeed!!
Hubby has been baking sourdough bread for about 4 years now and is constantly tweaking the recipe, aiming for sourdough perfection. He thinks today’s batch is his best ever. I must say, it does taste delicious.
The blip shows the four loaves he baked and one of the loaves having been cut to show the inside “crumb”, complete with the typical sourdough holes.
There were 15 new community cases today, and the vaccination rate is rising exponentially, which is what we need.
