it was my check up at Boots in Wrexham, i brought some bits from my last aids and was given the same amount of bits for my current ones instead …how very kind…….i also now have a travel charger which can stay in my travel bag, so i can’t forget it…..

i nosed around in Next and M&S without being tempted…..wonderful! ….i stopped off at Dobbies where i bought some lovely frozen meals at Sainsbury…and beautiful fake white tulips for Elv and me a bunch each….

i had  thirty minutes at home before love2move and am now glad to have time for a cuppa….

the blip i took in Wrexham
