Barningham

Here I am in 2 Reading Room Cottages on the Barningham estate a lovely quiet spot BUT the Milbank Arms is next door. How lovely. After unpacking took a preliminary recce around Barnard Castle and stopped for a half and to book lunch next day when it's Market Day. In the afternoon it will be the purpose of the trip - North Country Quilts at the Bowes Museum.
