Coigach

I took this photo at 08.15 this morning on the foreshore in front of the chalet where we are staying for four nights in Coigach, a peninsular north of Ullapool in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. The area consists of a traditional crofting and fishing community of a couple of hundred houses located between the mountains and shore overlooking the Summer Isles and the sea.
