These 3 guys are the ambassadors for this restaurant in northern Finland, belonging to the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. After arriving yesterday evening, we had an excellent diner there: traditional sautéed reindeer from a pot, mashed potatoes, crushed lingonberries and picled cucumber.
