WFH. Made good progress on big project. I figured out how some tricky aspect could work. It now needs implementing. I can't wait to try out my idea. I did have to go into KB to have an in-person meeting to help out with some piccolo issues. It turned out that the SD card of the raspberry pi was dead. Luckily building a new system is now fairly automatic. 

Watched last Friday's independent SAGE report on the state of the pandemic. Nothing too surprising. Although it is abundantly clear the Jeremy Corbyn's idea of providing universal broadband access is a rather good move. Last year I had a few students who really struggled with poor internet access. It is just an essential thing these days.
