Happy as a Pig.......

It rained today, it rained most of the day.  I had a blood test appointment this morning,  luckily my INR reading was stable so I don't have to go back until late October.  I was expecting  to get my flu jab whilst there but the over 65s batch hasn't arrived yet, so will have to wait a bit.

The rain did ease a little in the afternoon so we nipped down to The Farm for coffee and a walk.  Whilst there we went over to say hello to the pigs only to discover that the sow has had another litter of eight piglets.  So here is the proud mum and one of the babies.  So although the piglet is not tiny in the traditional sense of the word, it's pretty tiny against the mum.
