The Long Goodbye

Our friends were due to move out yesterday, but due to the inclement weather they had to stay on here for a further day.

It has been quite a saga, so one more day was neither here nor there.

Their house is still not quite ready for occupation but they have moved on to cat-sit for a couple who have gone to the Alps for a ski-ing holiday. What a laugh! They live on the Lickey Hills - they could have stepped out of their back door and done the same thing.
