On Sunday I Walked Into A Garden Ornament

I have been in dreadful pain every day since and not sleeping so yesterday i saw a paramedic at my doctors surgery
She has told me to use painkillers and rest with the foot up on a cushion
I go to Scotland in just over a week
So i'm hoping its all well by then
Still painful today when i walk but i'm off to see my granddaughter this morning i will rest it later
Fingers crossed it starts to get better soon
