Bang

Banging headache but got myself to work even though the body was saying NOOOO. Covid rife in Midlothian so thought best to check it’s not Covid so trotted off at lunch for a drive thru. Forgot how horrible the throat scrape is as my lateral flows ( all negative) only involve the nose.
Got thru the rest of the afternoon feeling rubbish but no other symptoms so wasn’t overly worried.
Home to the sofa to watch Chaos Walking, the film adaptation of the brilliant Patrick Ness trilogy which I’ve read countless times. The books are fabulous the film was meh, however we agreed it was a difficult concept to film and three books worth couldn’t get condensed to a hundred minutes of film.
