A last minute decision...

... saw me visiting Harlow Carr Gardens this morning. 

The earlier weather must have discouraged visitors because it was very quiet for a while. 

I spent much of the time photographing insects on flowers. As usual, identifying the plants is my usual weak spot. I liked the very striking colour combination here.
