Field of fennel

We made several trips to the recycling centre today (clearing our and Jack's parents' garages) and I took this photo from the car on the last drive back. I've never seen a field full of fennels before :-) As you can see it was rather cloudy !

Remember that tomorrow's optional theme for Abstract Thursday is direction. I can imagine that you're wondering what that might mean within Abstract Photography. It can mean many things, like the direction within your composition, or the direction of the light making special shadows (see the extra,  the shadow of DJ repairing our standing lamp after finding similar small screws in an old lamp we took to the dump), compositions with lines, infinity points, or compositions with actual direction giving arrows etc. As long as it's abstract it's fine ;-) Tomorrow's tag is AT325. Find some example images in Google by searching on 'direction in abstract photography' :-) I tried to give you the actual link before, but it didn't work well.
