The Old Mill

Situated on the River Cart in the grounds of Pollok House, this mill with adjoining weir was providing power to the house from the late 1880s until after WW2 when it fell into disuse.
The building is B listed but, like the nearby stables, is fenced off to visitors and is waiting for plans to decide upon its future use.
