Bao bun

I need to pay more attention to my husband!

His work plans changed today (instead of Leicester he was in Liverpool) and I wrongly assumed he would still be home late.

So my lovely meal for one had to quickly be modified to stretch to two. Luckily, it was only a chicken stir fry so it was easy to chop a few more veggies.
I remembered we had some bao buns in the freezer too, so they made a quick and easy starter :-)
