Autumn sunshine

A spectacular day with warm almost hot sunshine, perfect for a familiar afternoon shore walk along Bassenthwaite. The blip is Higham Hall just after breakfast when the mist had lifted and it felt like a carefree summer’s day, which pretty much describes the week thus far.
