Jurassic Ark

We went to Laleham (pronounced 'laylam') this afternoon to take a wheelchair belonging to a lady in our village to the nursing home to which she has just been discharged from hospital. Whilst my wife was visiting her, I went for a walk along the river. The road to the river is called Blacksmith's Lane. One of the cottages there has an array of ornamental animals displayed on the wall outside, including this Noah's Ark which appears to have rescued some dinosaurs from the great flood! Laleham is another riverside town that likes to proclaim its proximity to the Thames as the street sign shows.
