Walrus

I went swimming! 

Many years ago I used to be a seriously competitive swimmer. I trained to do the channel in my teens. For whatever reasons (hormones, boys, whatever else gets 14 yo girls) I stopped and have never really gone back to it but I haven't lost my love.

I went for a swim in the sea today. It was cool, and I am very unfit, but it was amazing. 

More a walrus than a mermaid but hey ho.
