Liberty

Our Liberty tree is doing quite well this year. Maybe a bit longer on the tree before we start to pick. I wish our root cellar was finished but that was a project started a number of years ago and has since stalled out. I'm not sure I have the energy to process a lot of apples right now with work being so exhausting. Maybe Dan will try his hand at drying them this year. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
