Spiraling Overhead
The setting sun caught the swirling clouds with its last throws of light. I watched for a while as the pirouette developed, edging its way across the sky. A few moments earlier there had not been anything worthy of my attention and all I had so far were a few flower shots. Sometimes you go with the flow.
I discovered two useful features on my new camera. Now, with a button I can switch on a RGB histogram so I can see if the red channel blows out. Secondly, Natural Live View, which disables the jpg processing and shows a readout of the sensor. It's a bit disconcerting because after taking the shot you see the jpg which is much more colourful. I'm still trying them out.
