This semi was filling the pumps at the Sheetz station down the street. From a website explaining why the tanker looks like this: "Convenience store chain Sheetz enlisted a group of artists to paint its delivery trucks with eye-catching artwork to call attention to a charity that helps children in the communities it serves."
