Speaking Pish

Today's image is of the front of a shopping bag my sister bought when she was visiting Glasgow. The company that makes the bags has a great name too - Bubblegum Kitschville.
"Did ye, aye?" (translation for non-Scots "Did you, yes?) is a very common and important phrase in Scottish lingo - it is an extremely condescending phrase used to shut down a person you're taking to you think is "speaking pish" (translation for non-Scots - talking rubbish).
