Something that wasn't here last year

Haven't been taking any pics for a while.
Still not feeling right, feel stronger, feel a little stronger everyday, but I tire easily.
Still I know what's wrong now, I have a long way to go before it will be sorted.
Work not being very understanding of that.
So I struggle on as best I can.
These flowers were not here last year, wonder what they are, how did they get here, will they survive this current cold snap.
We've got off lightly again in Inverness, the wind is chilly and it has tried to snow.
