Lizard Coast

It was a perfect sunny and hot day today - we were sad to be leaving Cornwall to go home again. After another delicious breakfast - smashed avo on GF toast with smoked salmon - we went for a last walk, from the hotel at Polurrian beach to Poldhu Cove, and this was the view as we walked along the coastal path. There is a good beach cafe there where Gavin had an oat milk flat white before we returned back to the hotel, a total walk of about 4-5 miles.

The journey home was not too bad, this time it took about 5,5 hours compared to the 7 hour journey when we arrived. It was a wonderful break and although I am rather tired from the early morning starts and long days, it was good to be photographing something I like - I now have a hundreds of images to edit!

We have unpacked and I have already done two loads of laundry. Tommy and Inca have been staying at the house in our absence and it was lovely and clean when we walked in.
