Keep on going

My parents are preparing the next step. It isn't real wood but slabs.
A new problem is appeared and they are still looking for a solution, that can be realised in time - or at all.
There is bitumen on the wall that should be coloured white. Obviously it is impossible. An ideas? Mam is thinking about road marking paint.
Or to cover it behind a white plate...
