Lecture notes

A lecture on HR strategy, performance management and rewards today. Turned out to be really interesting and some great debate came from it. 

Home to boys demanding the need for football kit (and rugby kit) and a few extra hours to cram ready for the finance exam tomorrow.  

Today I'm grateful for: 
A week back face to face with the masters crew, it's been lovely to see them
Lovely sunny evening for the drive home 
End is in sight for the finance module (unless I need a re-take...)
