Wish you were here

I searched the BBC weather site for somewhere to go today with sunshine and the nearest place was Lyme Regis.  The carparks were full although we eventually secured a space to our immense relief.
Lyme was beautiful today with swimmers, sea kayaks, paddle boarders, micro-lites, swooping seagulls and fishing boats.  We hunted for fossils and walked along the cob before returning home for tea.  The weather forecast was correct, the sun shone all day.
