Starling

Some real progress with the back this morning - gotta love those clunks when the chiropractor releases some key,  'locked' vertebrae.  Pain still through the sciatic nerve which he says is probably inflamed and angry still, but releasing some tension now will hopefully help the nerve to settle.  Feeling sooo much better that it has been I was able to deal to the lawns this afternoon.  It took longer than usual and I'm still not walking freely but it did feel good to be out and about doing something productive.  I may pay for it tonight though......

This starling decided to sit still long enough in the sunshine for me to take a few pics of him up in the neighbours tree.  They really are quite stunning birds in their breeding plumage.
